I thought at first it was all and good to have the discussion regarding the issuing of shares. However, this I think has gone past the point for the forum in that, if you are soooo interested in who owes what and when. Go to the information (cant remember the right name) but when a company is set up you have all the rules and regulations set out in full details and then the type of shares and the way in which they are dealt with. Read this stuff then go back through the annual reports and figure it out for yourselves.

Time to start a new thread I think.
