I don't understand why anyone is assuming any fraudulent activity.
I am simply attempting to understand the share scheme and whether those who are eligible are in fact obligated to pay for them in full or whether they can let them lapse. I am certain the directors are not doing anything that is illegal. I just want to know exactly how the scheme works. Someone mentioned that the directors stated that they would not disclose full details on the employee share scheme which made me suspicious.

However, I will call direct and ask the question directly.

I feel shareholders are entitled to have full understanding of this. If it upsets people here, well I am truly sorry.
