Has anyone run the ruler over EON ESPREON LIMITED? If so what are your thoughts especially about the substantial holding and purchase price of stock by Equity Trustees Ltd.?

For those that don't hold check out the following substantial holder notice from Equity Trustees Ltd.

19/8/05 purchased 725,000 shares at 77.25 cents (through cross-trades but at the prevailing market price at the time)

22/8/05 purchased 1,175,000 shares at $1.25 per share

8/9/05 purchased 2,121,152 shares at $1.32 per share

I am assuming that they accepted the price on offer to get the volume they wanted as the stock is tightly held.

Do they know something that we don't as the price is sitting at 85.5 cents at the moment.
