I’ve certainly copped my fair share of criticism over time—particularly for questioning the focus on Carr Boyd when a more accessible and arguably more strategic asset like Spargoville was sitting in plain sight.Likewise, my investment reference statement with those five key points I outlined early on, has now been all but validated. It’s satisfying to see the narrative finally catch up to the groundwork laid months ago.
