Thanks for the sentiment wolfman. Appreciated & noted.

The fact is I’m not in a tizz - I don’t mind the banter. Something of my larger investments are in US realty stocks (monthly dividends!) and the forums there make this seem like a kindergarten. Great displays of ignorance, arrogance and entitlement in one place. Vicious fockers!

As you can see by timors spiteful, baity post above - he isn’t a nice person. I don’t mind people posting misinformation if they are learning or truly don’t know, but I’m happy to call out pure bullshit.

I’ll try & keep it topical - as I really am interested in esr as a minor, mid term investment.
