Yes - it is the "excessive" nature of @Timorlad posts which contain said misinformation, one is a mistake. To continual push the outright lies which were clearly proven wrong because they couldn't be bothered to read - to me it demonstrates ulterior motives (ie "ramping"). It deserves to be reported since certain individuals lack the "integrity" to have their own posts moderated (includes @keithgroves for regurgitating the same garbage)

And according to ASIC it is actually illegal ==
