Mak POH is the victim here- so from a reputation perspective the damage is limited to their lack of oversight. However if the CEO was the architect of the deception she would arguably be clever enough to bury the missing funds well and truly out of sight. So POH can hardly be blamed to any great degree. In fact I can think of several ways this could be achieved without triggering suspicion. So all credit to the new CFO for uncovering the missing funds.
While the Australian News article suggests questions have been asked about the cos IP- as JM reported over the weekend those doubts have been quickly addressed by the co in discussions with major holders and it would seem satisfactorily.
