Yet the reports indicate that the fraudulent activity goes back several years. So, which is it?
Also, I'm not surprised that "prima facie" evidence could implicate Esra. I am certain her name is all over POH documents, but that ought not be taken as conclusive of wrongdoing. Far from it.
