I'm with you Jev, no one knows what really happened and we won't until it comes out in the wash up, the only possible reason I could ever envisage about this is that Esra was asked to step down, was because she hadn't fulfilled her duties as that required of a CEO, perhaps over something someone else had done?
But we won't know the full story for some time really.
