Invoicing irregularities most likely related to falsified expenses and creditors set up where she is the eventual beneficiary. This is the likely scenario rather than related to income invoices. This is the preferred method of skimming funds by people high up the payment authority chain. I'm sure she was able to justify in her own mind for taking the extra money. Maybe she felt she deserved more for what she does for the company. We may never find out why but we will be tarnished for quite some time. Now desperate for a flurry of good news to overshadow this in the next 6 months.
