Spare a thought for CFO Anna Legg.New into the job and find irregularities with items relating to her boss.Then finding it necessary to bypass the boss and probably go to the Chairman of the Board[head of audit and ompliance].Your evidence of wrongdoing would need to be compelling and if there was any wriggle room it probably will not do you or your career much good.I suggest her evidence must have been very compelling and feel much more confident about the company financial information now that Anna Legg is at POH.The Board must have been equally shocked.
