No I didn't ferdie. It was in there - right next to outrage.

Further along in the list was "need to blame". I personally feel that allocating blame is probably best avoided atm because it can only be based upon presumption until sufficient facts are known. Easily said I know, less than easily done. Got a punching bag :)?

One thing I have observed and am mindful of is this - a team that pulls together under stress is much more likely to win than one that descends into anger, argument, hatred and blame. This applies as much to listed companies as it does to sporting teams and political parties. This statement is not intended to cast judgement, more to explain my personal approach to the situation.

But, yes, I hear you and I agree that it's really hard - for everyone concerned.
