Rosen's credibility in charge of the Company is - irrecoverably - fatally compromised by his dependence on Dr.Ogru over the period, a large part of which he was still in Australia and in immediate charge of POH. That credibility is effectively irrecoverable. The same blight must also hang over the other executives of POH - who are largely from that era.

So can POH have the credibility to strike a deal in the next few months that will bring in hard cash, upfront? Whatever the perceived - but not yet hard proven - potential?

If not, current investors will be at best heavily diluted in the cash raising placement that must come as the pot runs dry.

Does the technology still have the credibility to convince the trade hard heads - whatever the flag waving - in the tight time frame? By now very much a gamble.....
