Pure speculation? I wonder if the spouse shares were a way to try to stay in POH when they realised they had been sprung and Esra's shares would be going? That way if POH couldn't get hold of his shares to pay back they still get a good return from POH when the deals are done (hopefully shortly). After all it did seem odd that he suddenly bought in and the timing was weird.
