    No need to get worked up, it's just an opinion like many others.
    .
    So it has to be another higher offer as you feel. And how will we be notified of that higher? Surely we will have an announcement for that. In fact I have kept it open - higher offer is only one option. There could be other developments, hence I kept it generic statement.
