    Today's announcement of Essential Metals (ESS) receiving a takeover over at a 45% premium is a good look for the Norseman region and will hopefully generate some interest in L1M when drilling commences. Just validates the potential of the region the company is situated in. And to think L1M is trading almost at cash backing is incredible, considering where on either side of a company that's just received a $136m takeover offer and the other that's valued in excess of $3billion (LTR).
