    When a person takes time out to help someone & instead puts up with 10 minutes of verbal abuse because he doesn't like some of the posts on HC & my posts on the whole have been positive then i do have the right to reply. At all times i have tried to help the company, but there is an arrogance there that i found unacceptable.
