    all seems to point to a big premium coming here

    around 100% in London share price terms (60p to 120p)

    based on analysts targets of 80p and adding a control premium of 30-50% gets you to 104-120p

    but based on previous articles in indian press suggesting they would pay 'up to $1bn' you could see as much as 120-150p IMO
