    I think most people realise it is market not company fundamentals. The story hasn't change with neon. I personally have bought some more today. Who knows where the sp will end up short term. But the way I see it why buy in the 40s when you can buy in the 20s, close to cap raising. I guess that makes me an institutional sophisticated investor. lol.
