Perhaps he hasn’t done so because it shows that the govt has made up two percentage
points in the past week with Labor leading by a smaller margin 52/48.

For Hairy that would not be a good outcome. his Abbott pumping posts could ring
hollow!

Good reminder how quickly polls can change and we still have 18 to 24 months before an election

It's not as if LNP have been polling in the low 40's and the PM is polling worse than the opposition leader as was the case with Abbott
