Looks like Primero are getting taken over by NRW holdings. NRW had a 5 year $110mil contract with Altura, plus were gonna be part of Altura’s expansion plan. So I guess this means our EPC and FEED contractor will be NRW now?
NRW has over $1 billion MC and made over $2 billion in revenue for FY20.
If Primero were willing to front up $30mil, I wonder how much a big fish in NRW could offer, should they be interested..?
