If VPE's current value of its 60% share is 35 cents ( at $US65/bbl ) then ITC's shareprice could be assessed as follows:

35 cents x 413 VPE/800 ITC ( shares on issue ) x 40%/60% equals 12 cents.

So with ITC currently trading at 5.4 cents, there is plenty of upside to ITC particularly when you look at their 2010 drilling plan.
