    tui/others: You as well as KetelOne both logically arrived at a 12c per share (est. potential value) for ITC based upon this latest VPE announcement.
    So, would a - potential - take-over offer at 12c be "fair" or would it have to be higher in order to be successful? Just curious what others think in this regard. Of course, the main man (Sir Eddie) will be the biggest influencing factor. But as we found out earlier, all HC posters combined have also a reasonably large holding.
