These are my own estimates and calculations based on peer analysis of a number of gold stocks. These have been used to arrive at peer-average figures for resource value.

Extending analysis earlier in this thread I can come up with an alternative method for share price targets for Estelle with Maiden JORC.

At that stage we will earn 51% interest in the project. The company has an exploration target of 1.1Moz to 2.3Moz.

Developers on average are valued at $86/Oz of gold in the Resource. Assuming the company was able to define within the target 1.1Moz to 2.3Moz then that gives us the following 6 month price target for Estelle (51% interest assumed):

• 1.1Moz = price target of $0.054 ( more conservative figure might be achieving 50% of overall target for Maiden Resource so 0.55Moz = $0.027 )
• 2.3Moz = price target of $0.132

The company is targeting a Maiden JORC by the end of 2018. Conservatively they may only achieve 50% of the bottom-end exploration target as an initial resource.

The above estimates exclude the Lithium projects under Snow Lake Resources and also any value ascribed to the Officer Hills project and the Newmont JV.
