    I've only got the prospectus today, so haven't spend much time reading those..
    But I noticed that their P/E is based on CY2015 not FY2015 which is a worry..

    From memory, Regis FY2015 P/E is 22.8x.. This means that at the higher end, Estia FY2015 P/E is much much more expensive than Regis. I haven't done the calculation on the lower end yet..

    Thoughts?
