What are the price predictions for Estia when it lists on Friday ?
The Japara announcment today will not help matters.
Even at $6.25 for Estia it is cheaper than Japara and a LOT cheaper than Regis.
Worth noting asgain that Estia is similar in Market Cap to Regis and they are both twice the market cap of Japara.
After MPL price predictions we probably need to tone down expectations ?
Interested in peoples views please.
