Looking at the Japara announcement, we can safely conclude that it is an isolated incident that is caused by poor payroll management.
The fact that Regis went up 2.7% today, it means we can shrug off that issue.
I don't want to speculate much.. But let's just say I'm happy with 5-10% stag on day 1..
Estia has better growth rate than Regis.
