Now that the board has decided to write off the Vendor loan. (which is unusual considering they had security of $2.5m over Hoffmeisters personal assets) It can be safe to say that the business will deliver a loss of between $3m to a break even result for the first half.
Notwithstanding the non cash write down the bank balance will be strong.
