Correct, Big Pharma is also racing ahead to include CBD alongside and as an ingredient for current medicines e.g ( Pannadol + CBD)
There are only a few licensed producers of Pharma Grade CBD Oil.
The art is consistency , pharma need batch after batch of exactly the same efficacy , so primarily has to come from the exact same strain , exact growing conditions exact extraction method.
I think its known as API, approved pharmaceutical ingredient?
One question has always been can Pharma synthesize CBD Oil? because if CBD did become a major mainstream ingredient can it be produced in large enough quantities.
The old Asprin from willow bark being replaced with Synthetics.
