The difference between the two is 100,500 crts. This is huge, it is a gain of 57% in just over a week. In 8 days they have produced what had previously taken them about 5.5 months. This is quite a dramatic achievement. Hopefully you are getting the picture now.
The average production rate for the 10 months is simply 176,500 divided by 10 = 17,650 crts/month. Divide the 17,650 by 23 (number of work days in a month) to get the average daily production of 767 crts.
The production of 100,500 crts since 4/9 needs to be divided by 6 (the actual number of working days) to get the average daily production of 16,750 crts.
So if we now divide the 16,750 by 767 we can see than production has been improved by a massive 22 times over the last week or so and from the company’s description of what brought about this change it appears to be sustainable. By the way the current production level of 16,750 crts/day translates to an incredible 4.4m crts pa (16750 x 23 x11.5)
