Hi Bundy, not sure I agree completely with you on this.
As regards a fire sale and prices in that scenario, as a closed ended fund, TEK does not allow redemptions.
It is actually immune from a fire sale scenario.
Not sure that I can think up any other firesale scenarios, so reckon the current discount is way too big.
