that is an automatic assumption based on previous spending. lets say the cash balance is now $9m but this qtr we only spent $3m then that form will assume we have 3 qtrs left going forward. 1.86 qtrs left was likely correct at the time based on the assumptions made at the time. Doesn't mean it is though in real life.
