Agree, how much could SO KO and Japan have possibly secured prior to the export licensing from China?

Surely those stock piles are starting to run low, or at least the are being run down, not maintained.

They will be securing what ever they can where ever they can im sure, but that too would have to have limitations given the percentage market share China has.
