Estimates of NOPTA approval?, page-3

We are not sure about the approvals my gathering from the information available is that we are pretty much the last one to be passed or declined, i think a lot of the short term holders have been unloading because they are becoming impatient and expected the approval by now.
For me i find it to be a good sign that they have asked for more information on the project and not flat out declined it, to me it is saying that consideration is in the works for a pass because why else would you ask for more information if you had already planned to decline the project.
