The company is talking about a 0.1b tonne market penetration. By their reckoning, that’s 250 Coldry modules with ‘a capacity similar to India project’.
100,000,000/250 = 400,000 tonnes per year
That’s close enough to the single module design of 340,000 per year for the proposed demo plant that almost happened at Loy Yang. There were some nice computer generated 3D fly throughs of the proposed plant.
Estimated cost for the Indian demo plant about $20,000,000, which is nowhere close to 999 cr.
India finance department probably just interested in real numbers not projections.
But this is India and anything is possible.
