estimation earnings q4

Well with the testra order recieved yesterday I thougth I'd better try and figure out some target for this qtr, since sales are the important kicker and well we got a good tesltra deal here for beam, which if I read into the last qtrly was lagging .

that should give us some confidence of acheiveing the forecast 1.4m avg for Apr, May, June as they announced a few months back.
I estimate that the expected cashflow position could be

last qtr. 2.7M revneue
1.35M staff costs (reduced by 400k pa or 100k per qtr)
69k rent
190k redundancies
1.6M operatiing purchases (equipment).
Now we would expect some of those purchases for Beam equipment to not be invoiced till later, seen as they mentioned a poor or negative sales beam qtr.

So if we say 55-60% of revenue is equipment costs

that means that 4.2m (1.4x3) x 55-60% = 2.3-2.5M operating purchases.

1.25M staff
69k rent
so about 3.6-3.8M costs on 4.2+- revenue

so about 400-600k +ve casfhlow from operations or around about 0.24-0.35 cents per share, which would value TEE on PE 15 of about 3.6-5.3c per share, IF they can maintain that run rate for 4 qtrs.
so I suppose in the low 2c it's not a bad punt.
Intereting will be if they grow next qtr or what effect TSA have

So TSA at 140m shares if they add another (say PE purchase price of 5 times earnings which is normal for a private company sale, so 3.5m/5 =700k) approx 175k per qtr or equivalent to 0.13c per share earnings for those 140m shares.So about 33-50% of currently qtrly earnings of TEE (if they get 4.2M) for a 1/5 dliution...sounds ok to me.

Then again we don't know if they were FY06 sales or FY07, I'm assuming FY06 sales and FY07 sales must be forecast to be much higher.

Please this is pure conjecture, But I'm estimating or is that finger in the sky guessing??? that Q4 looks like being the turnaround, albeit 6 months late from budget (but I think ASIC caused thema 3 month delay at teh start anyway, then beam problems probably the next three month dealy???)
