Any other new eSuper clients (joined in the last 6 months) shocked to be told their $699 account fee is due on 3rd Jan ?? The advertisement I read before joining clearly stated no accounting fee for the first year - but now they are asking me for the 2013 fee in advance, like 18 months in advance and they have only given me 5 trading days notice of when it is due. Seems very much like a case of false advertising or at least playing with semantics.
Is this normal does anyone know ? Organisation is beginning to look like a circus, maybe even scammy !!
