Hi -Comunication is not a strong point with esuper. I note that now there is no longer a phone number- that i can find anyway. I had big trouble even when there was a Melbourne tel number but even then it was an answering service. I visited the company one day but there was no one there!
Otherwise i guess you get what you pay for.
It seems they have made a mistake unless they think they are doing the 2011/12 return for you?? the payment in Jan is for the 2013/14 year which i admit is a bit early but at least you get the first year free.
Alternatively if youre brave do it all yourself and put in your own tax return. You have to find a cheap auditor ~ $275. But with a simple fund and a bit of negotiation it could be cheaper. They dont spend long on it !
