I just received the new CHESS Sponser statement. It has a new HIN and the holder name is the same, thank goodness. Interestingly, I just looked back into Commsec statements. All my holding statements have "Mr xxx & Mrs xxx", but my contract notes have "Mr xxx + Mrs xxx".
@ChrisAustin, I can share my frustration with the name issue. I have to change many of my own and family share holdings because those share we bought long long time ago have dashes "-" joining our first names and second names, but our official names have no dashes. Luckily, the bank accounts still tolerate dash or no dash in our transactions.
