Eventually I could initiate share transfer on March 8. However eBroking is so slow in acting. They still hold my request and just promised to escalate the case today (March 15).
I am a bit worrying now given the quality of service provided by eBroking. As when I lodged the application of transfer, I had to declare the share numbers and prices. This pratically means I won't be able to trade during the process. Who knows how long it will take.
