esuperfund fees and ato fees.

As a ESuperfund member, I have a few questions about fees.

1) On 3/1/2012, ESuper took out Annual compliance fee of $701.64. Why the amount is diferent from the $699 fixed fee they normally charge?

2) What is this ATO Supervisory Levy of $180 mentioned by Esuperfund in its website under "Fee Schedule"? Is it the same as the ATO Audit Fee which was $150?

3) When do we usually pay the ATO Supervisory Levy of $180? I still haven't had that fee taken out from my ANZ V2 account.

4) If I don't have any transactions the whole time since I join ESuperfund, will the ATO fee be waived?
