I have used eSuperfund for over 2 years. Good service, but I never tried to ring them. Their website is very comprehensive. The annual return process is nicely streamlined.

It allows me to keep some funds as physical silver bullion stored in a safe place of my choosing - a primary criteria of mine.

The low fee would allow people with less than the typical balance to have their own SMSF. Eg. If you had $70,000 the $700 fee is still only 1%.

Only use them if you are prepared to do some research on SMSF rules.
