    My experience in dealing with ESuperfund has not been easy. In the last 3 months I wrote 2 rather urgent emails asking critical questions as I had a huge sum to start my pension mode. Their replies were "call the office". So after their reply to my second email, I called and the receptionist took my call and said they will call me back within 3 working days. I waited and waited and on the third day they called but unfortunately I was on the phone so they logged their in my record message. I call office straightaway asking if I can speak to the gentleman now but the lady said they will call me back. I waited and waited and no call came.
