Thanks Tibbs for the tips i worked it out.
now the cost i got sounds bit steep around $600 for a male aged 33,non smoker, for 500K not sure if its the way to go.
I will dig out what others have to offer.
In the mean while what should be the avg cost. I know it will depend person to person still thinking whats on avg.
