I have stocks and two mFunds purchased via eBroking, which is one of the two broker options within eSuperfund. However, in January this year I bought units in two separate unlisted managed funds via my SMSF. Hence, obviously it is possible to buy into any managed fund via eSuperfund, but it will require a bit of extra paperwork, albeit uploaded and submitted on-line, when it is time to do the end of year return. Although I have not been through the end of year process for the managed funds within my SMSF yet, I expect that each managed fund will provide me with an end of year report, and I will simply advise eSuperfund of the relevant details.
