Does seem strange that eserv is currently cheaper in Australia than UK. ESG is the code in UK and they are currently priced at 22.5p which is about 45c here. So not sure why trading down around 41c currently.

I'm hoping a new CEO and COO will make a difference. The fact that they also bought in to the company must be a good ohmen, all be it at lower prices than now.

Also Guiness Peat Group PLC were buying back in June at about these prices and they certainly seem to have a good track record at picking undervalued companies. Although I'd imagine a very small holding relative to their overall portfolio.

But like all things you never really know, so do your own research.
