There is definitely activity around the CE rig. The Bourbon Topaz appears to be now docked at the last coordinate we have of the CE. Godfree maybe you are correct and taking lots of equipment back to Dakar. Must be some reason to turn the tracking device off the CE. If you track the CE it shows that it moved away from its SNE position (cannot tell how far) and then moved back.
