obviously, the figures still need some work.
depreciation of assets and interest expense on the debt repayments are obvious, significant reductions from revenue before we calculate the npat figure
the 10m in other costs can be re-analysed...basically, this covers all admin and capital working requirements, further exploration ect..
we need to calc for the 80% interest, this is a very significant exclusion we have made
the finance will be sig different, but im interested to see what other people can come up with in terms of the structure of this and how it could affect bmn's profit figures
we should also calculate npat within a range, allowing for opex to vary, which it will, year to year
there is a long way to go before we can see an accurate number..it doesn't hurt to speculate a little with the numbers and play around with them after all, that is what everyone is doing when they buy a share in a company, they are speculating the market value attributed to it and that time will increase in a future time period...nobody knows exactly how much a co will make in the future and what its market value will be or else we would all be millionaires
id like someone brave enough may i say, to have a real crack at the numbers, with the npat figures, determine an EPS, based on the number of shares on issue(whichever finance structure you use)with the appropriate discount rate over the 16 years, calc a P/E ratio and finally, a SP target we can all target
