I noticed that in the recent rally (past week) investors have a problem with round numbers, 9.3, 9.5 and 9.6 being the latest today. Could we be reaching real congestion areas? Those waiting patiently a year ago to get out at break even. If so, the continued rally may frustrate those wanting a quick buck.
