I hold my ETFs (STW & SLF - REITs) for the longer term so when I place an order I usually place it early in the day and if it is not fully completed I modify the price limit if I really want the whole oprder to go through.
Because its a long term holding, a few pips dont really concern me especially if its only for the balance of the order.
I do like them for the tremendous diversification they offer. Although I wish they would exclude WDC from SLF (it makes up nearly half) so, in SLF, you dont get the same degree of diversification as you would without WDC.
